What does hypnosis actually feel like?

Most people describe it as a state of deep relaxation, similar to being "in the zone" while running or daydreaming while starting out of a window. You remain fully in control the entire time; you can't be made to do anything against your will, and you can "wake up" whenever you like.

How many sessions will I need?

Because we focus on solutions rather than digging into the past, change can happen, relatively quickly. While everyone is different, most people see significant shifts within 6 to 12 sessions. Specific phobias can often be addressed even faster.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes! As long as you are willing to engage with the process and follow my voice, you can experience the benefits. It isn't a "power struggle" between us; it's a collaborative partnership where we work together towards your goals.
