What does hypnosis actually feel like?
Most people describe it as a state of deep relaxation, similar to being "in the zone" while running or daydreaming while starting out of a window. You remain fully in control the entire time; you can't be made to do anything against your will, and you can "wake up" whenever you like.
How many sessions will I need?
Because we focus on solutions rather than digging into the past, change can happen, relatively quickly. While everyone is different, most people see significant shifts within 6 to 12 sessions. Specific phobias can often be addressed even faster.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
